Our Recruitment Services
- Obtain recruitment permission from government agencies.
- Advertisement in reputed daily newspapers to call applicants, if necessary.
- Collection of applications.
- Primary selection by our experts.
- Conduct final interview with employer's representatives.
- Obtain passports for the selected candidates.
- Medical examination of the candidates.
- Obtain police clearance.
- Obtain medical fitness certificate, photographs, and related documents.
- Visa stamping from the respective embassy.
- Obtain emigration clearance from government agencies.
- Travel arrangements, including confirmation of airline seats.
- Maintain constant contact with the employer to update on the process.
- Attend the airport to ensure smooth boarding of passengers.
- Inform employer via fax, telephone, or email about the workers dispatched.
- Arrange proper and timely replacement of workers if found unfit during the probation period.
- Ensure workers reach the host country within 15-20 days of visa receipt, or earlier in emergencies.
- Arrange group flights as needed.
- Provide workers with a proper briefing about the social, political, legal, cultural, and environmental aspects of the host country.
- Handover employment contracts to workers before departure.
- Brief workers about the terms of employment prior to departure.
- Respond promptly to employer calls to resolve unforeseen issues during the contract period.
