Documents Required

⇛ Passport (Validity should be at least 07 Months) and Old Passport (if any)
⇛ Recent 2 inch X 1.4 inch (45x35 mm) size photo with white background (2 Copies)
⇛ Invitation letter (if you have a guarantor) explaining relations to the guarantor
⇛ Return Air Ticket and Hotel Booking document during stay in Japan
⇛ N.O.C / G.O / Trade License Notarized Copy with Translation in English & Letterhead Pad
⇛ Visiting Card and NID
Document certifying financial capabilities:
- (A) If the travel expenses are borne by applicants:
  - (i) Bank Statement last six months and Bank Solvency Certificate
  - (ii) Tax-Income certificate (if any)
- (B) If the travel expenses are borne by a guarantor living in Japan:
  - (i) Guarantee letter
  - (ii) Tax certificate, Bank statement or Income certificate (any one)
  - (iii) Citizen registration or certificate of foreigner registration and passport copy
Student ID Card OR Birth Certificate (if child travels with parent)
Marriage Certificate (only for newly married couple)

Except passport and photos, every document should be provided in 1 original and 1 photocopy.
Further additional documents may be required.
